Following are our our prices for double occupancy.

1. One apartment can sleep upto 4 adults with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
2. ₹ 400 per extra person per day.

To Book

1. How to book- 50% of the entire amount is the be paid for booking and the rest on arrival.
2. How to pay- Through UPI, cheque deposit or bank transfer.
3. Refundable deposit- We take a cash deposit of ₹2000 at check-in and refund it at check-out.

House Rules

1. Cancellation charges

– 15 days or more left for check in- 100% refund

– 7 to 14 days left for check-in – 25% refund

– less than 7 days left for check-in- no refund

2.  I am trusting you with my home, please do not use it for anything illegal or unethical. We keep a tight check and any such activity will be reported to the police immediately along with a cancellation of booking without any refund.
